Recipes

Aku nie bab memasak memang lemah sikit, skit2 depends on my hubby, skit2 tanya dia....aku setakat yang simple2 tu bolehlah...yang havoc skit memang aku lemah skit...nasib baik ada hubby aku yang memang pakar memasak..hheheheh....so sekarang nie..aku carilah recipes yang easy to cook esp.for lil. baby n dearest hubby, supaya dia tak kata aku nie failed in kitchen...


Brocolli salad
This recipe is a wonderful way to add vegetables to your plate and tastes even better the next day! You can easily cut this recipe in half.
Prep time: 25 minutes (not including chilling time)

Ingredients:
3 c. of broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
2/3 c. raisins
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts
chicken shredded (aku yang tukar dari resepi asal - slice bacon)
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise

Directions:
In a large bowl, toss broccoli, raisins, red onions, walnuts, and chicken.
In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, vinegar, and mayonnaise.
Pour mayonnaise mixture over broccoli and toss to coat.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.



Macaroni n cheese
This classic is now packed with more calories and fat. The creamy cheese flavor is sure to win over even the pickiest eater.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
6 c. water
1 (7.25 oz.) package of macaroni and cheese dinner
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. skim milk powder
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Boil the water in a medium pan.
Stir in the macaroni.
Boil for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain the macaroni and return it to the pan.
Add butter, whipping cream, skim milk powder, cheese, and cheese sauce mix (from the macaroni and cheese dinner package).
Reduce heat to low and mix well until the cheese has melted.


Ceaser Salad ( My fav. salad sedap sangat...fuh tp malas betui nak membuat nyer lol)

Note: This recipe is especially for pregnant and breastfeeding women, but it can be a nutritious part of almost anyone's diet. Pregnant and breastfeeding women need to consume extra calories and eat a variety of nutritious foods to contribute to their baby's growth and development.

Prep time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 heart romaine lettuce
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed and minced
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 c. egg substitute
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
black pepper to taste
croutons (optional)

Directions:
Clean lettuce well to get rid of any bacteria, then dry it in a salad spinner or blot dry with paper towels.
Tear lettuce into 1- to 2-inch pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, and egg substitute.
Just before serving, pour dressing and parmesan cheese over salad and toss until lettuce is coated with dressing.
Add black pepper and croutons as desired.

wah...meleleh ayaq liuq noo..kite pun failed gak msk2 nih..naseb baik hubby x pandai msk & komplen lebey2...kuang kuang kuang..selamat memasak yek!
